We are delighted that you are going to be registering your child with The Nursery at Bengeworth CE Academy.

Please complete the registration form below, on receipt of the refundable deposit and a completed copy of this registration form, you will then receive written confirmation of your child’s offer of a place.

Funding Eligibility

A parent declaration form must be completed to use funded hours which will be sent to you when your child’s space is confirmed at The Nursery at Bengeworth CE Academy.

15 hours (or 30 hours if you are eligible) funding can be used the term after your child turns three. If you use more than one setting, you may choose how the funding is split between the sessions.

Sessions

Required Sessions: 15 hours funding (or 30 hours if you are eligible) can be used for the term after your child turns 3 and can only be used for (AM Session 8:30am - 11:30am) or (PM Session 11:30am - 2:30pm). Funded hours at The Nursery must be used in continuous blocks with no artificial breaks, meaning our funded hours run between the hours of 8:30am - 2:30pm.

Sessions booked before this will be chargeable at a rate of £21. For each 3 hour block.

Please note: Additonal Hour AM Session and Additional Hour PM Session are self funded only.

Lunch Sessions

For children accessing 6 hours of childcare per day in one continuous block or for children accessing a PM session, you now have the option for us to provide a two-course meal, cooked and served by our wonderful Kitchen Team, in the comfort of the nursery. Your child will be able to choose their own food, supported and encouraged by our team to try and explore new options, at a cost of £2.70 per day. Alternatively, you are welcome to provide your child with a healthy packed lunch from home if you prefer.

Lunch Sessions I will require: All lunch sessions are charged separately and not included in any funded hours. Please note at present it is not possible for children to have a combination of the provided two-course meal and packed lunches. This is to ensure a correct amount of food is available, we will however be reviewing this in due course.I wish for my child to be provided a two-course meal, cooked and served by our Kitchen Team on the days they require lunch at a cost of £2.70 per dayI wish to provide my child with a healthy packed lunch from home on the days they require lunch

Terms and Conditions
