Fees, Funding & Chargeable extras

The Nursery at Bengeworth CE Academy warmly welcomes children from the age of 3 years old and provides childcare Monday to Friday from 7.45am - 6pm during term-time only.

Most children aged 3 or over will be entitled to Early Years Education Entitlement Funding (15hr funding), beginning from the start of the term after their 3rd birthday, and you may be eligible for an additional 15 hours funding making 30 funded hours each week in total.

Please visit Childcare Choices to find out what your options are.

*30-Hours ‘Free’

30 hour funded childcare can be used at The Nursery at Bengeworth where both parents/carers. If both parents/carers work, you will need to check if you are eligible by registering for the free 30-hours by following the instructions at https://www.gov.uk/apply-30-hours-free-tax-free-childcare. Once you have registered, you will be provided with a code. This will need to be given to us, along with some other details so can confirm if your child is eligible for 30-hours free Nursery Provision. Please ask for a form to do this if required.

For self-funded places (not covered by the 15/30-hour funding entitlement), sessions can be paid for using Childcare or Tax-Free Childcare payments, or by debit/credit card via Ovivio. Please ensure the finance team are informed of your Tax-Free Childcare reference number.

Please note that two-course meal bookings must be paid for through Ovivio. We are unable to accept Childcare or Tax-Free Childcare payments for lunchtime sessions.
